Anosay Docly – Privacy Policy

Anosay Docly ("Docly", "we", "us", or "our") is a document utility application providing document viewing, scanning, PDF tools, and bike maintenance record features. This Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.

1. Information We Access

• Camera: Used when you use Smart Scanner to capture document pages and detect/crop document boundaries.
• Documents and files: The app accesses files that you choose to open, scan, save, merge, split, compress, or watermark.
• Bike records: Bike name/model, fuel entries, service history, odometer readings, and maintenance records that you enter into Bike Garage.
• Advertising-related information: Anosay Docly uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising information as described in their applicable policies and settings.

2. How Information Is Used

• To provide document viewing, scanning, cropping, PDF creation, merging, splitting, compression, and watermark features.
• To save and display Bike Garage records inside the app.
• To display advertisements and support the app through advertising.
• To maintain app functionality, security, and reliability.

3. Document and Scanner Privacy

Documents and scanned pages are processed by the app for the features you request. Anosay Docly does not intentionally upload the contents of your documents or scanned pages to Anosay servers for advertising or profiling. Files remain on your device unless you explicitly choose an Android sharing/export action or another user-initiated transfer.

4. Storage and Retention

Documents, generated PDFs, and Bike Garage records may be stored on your device according to the actions you take. You can delete files or records using the available device/app controls. We do not maintain a separate Anosay cloud database of your document contents or Bike Garage records.

5. Advertising

Anosay Docly uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner advertisements. Advertising providers may collect or use information such as advertising identifiers, device information, diagnostics, and other information permitted under their policies. Advertising behavior may depend on device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your documents, scanned pages, or Bike Garage records. Information may be processed by third-party service providers as necessary to provide services integrated into the app, such as advertising. You may also intentionally share a file through Android's share functionality; that transfer is initiated by you.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. Information stored on your device is also subject to the security of your Android device, so we recommend using a device lock and keeping Android and the app updated.

8. Children's Privacy

Anosay Docly is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes.

9. Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke camera permission through Android settings. Scanner features requiring the camera will then be unavailable.
• You can choose which files to open or share.
• You can manage advertising/privacy choices through available Google/Android controls where applicable.
• You can delete locally stored documents and Bike Garage records using the app/device controls.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's functionality or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published at this same location with a new effective date.
